Systemic Practice for Institute of Family Therapy

Currently lecturing as part of systemic practice for social workers in various boroughs. - This is the first year of Systemic Family therapy Certificate and is part of the Monro Recommendations.

We work in challenging settings which raise some unusual issues in relation to safeguarding.  So standard courses weren’t enough - we needed a specialist who could deliver tailored support.  Hayley helped us think through our situation, brought about major improvements in our policies and procedures and delivered bespoke training which helped colleagues understand their particular roles more clearly."
John Speyer Music in Detention.

"Domestic Abuse was an important issue we wanted to address so we commissioned Hayley to run some comprehensive training days for both social care and frontline staff.  Hayley's systemic and social work ideas highlighted the importance of different agencies working together so practitioners reflect on their practice."
Sharon Alimo,  Medway Children's Social Care.
Hayley presented her course on line and I thought her knowledge shone through - she managed to keep our attention and the videos used were very helpful.  LB Barking and Dagenham
